Knuckle Duster is a deliciously balanced sweet and savoury seasoning with just the right amount of spice.
Created to be a tasty finishing dust on all fried foods or to be used as a traditional BBQ rub by applying at least 20 minutes before cooking.

We recommend trying it on hot chips and tater tots, hash browns, crispy wings, fried chicken, barbecue meats like pork ribs, pulled pork, whole roasted birds or BBQ wings, buttered corn cobs, golden roast potatoes, grilled vegetables, eggs, pizza, toasties, pork rinds and popcorn.
