Barbeques Galore Customers — We Can Help
If you bought your barbecue from Barbeques Galore, you have probably worked out by now that there is nobody left to call. The company went into voluntary administration in February 2026 and was wound up in June, closing 62 stores nationally. Gift cards stopped being honoured on 30 June.
That leaves a lot of people in Adelaide with a good barbecue and nowhere to take it. If yours is a Weber, we can almost certainly sort you out.
88,000 Weber spare parts, held in Adelaide
This is the part most people do not know. Weber holds around 88,000 spare parts here in Adelaide, covering current models and discontinued ones going back years. Burners, grates, ignition kits, regulators, hoses, flavourizer bars, thermometers, wheels, handles, lids, catch pans.
If it is a Weber, there is a very good chance the part exists and is in this city. As a Weber Store we can order any of it in.
Bring the model number, or just a photo of the barbecue and its data plate, and we will work out what you need. You do not need an appointment and you do not need to have bought it from us.
What we can do
- Weber parts, old and new. Including for models that have not been sold in a decade.
- Advice and servicing. Burners not lighting evenly, regulator problems, rusted grates, a rotisserie that has stopped turning. Talk to someone who actually cooks on these.
- Accessories and consumables. Covers, thermometers, briquettes, charcoal, pellets, smoking woods, rubs and sauces.
- An honest opinion on whether it is worth fixing. Sometimes it is not. We will tell you either way rather than sell you a new one you do not need.
What we cannot do
We would rather be straight with you than waste your time.
We cannot get parts for Barbeques Galore house brands. The brands they owned and sold under their own name have no Australian parts supply now that the company has been wound up. We have no access to them and nor does anyone else. If that is what you own, we will tell you honestly rather than take an order we cannot fill.
We cannot honour a Barbeques Galore warranty. We are not connected to that business, we never were, and no one can make a claim against a company in liquidation. If your barbecue is a Weber and still within Weber's own warranty period, that is a separate thing entirely and we will point you the right way.
